Return Exchange Refund Policy

Please read the returns and exchange policy before start your purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 


SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY

Our return policy covers all regular priced items. Returns are only accepted for defected items or misrepresented item in purchase listings. To be eligible for a return, Items must be returned unused, accompanied with all original contents and tags attached.  All original packaging must be returned.


If you would like to apply for a return please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of arrival to obtain a return authorization number. We will provide you the return details. Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition. Postage insurance is also your responsibility as we will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. We will send you an email to notify you after we received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 


** All returns need return authorization number to be processed.

** Outer shipping box to protect the original box is required for all returns.


SECTION 2 - EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange option is not available. However, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. Exchange for other same value or different products is not allowed. Please contact us at [email protected] for additional assistance.


If an exchange is accepted, please note that a postage and handling fee will be charged to cover the postage and administrative aspects of the return. 


SECTION 3 - REFUND POLICY

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.


Your request will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. Should you have any problems after this time, please contact our customer service.


If you choose, we can issue your refund as META wallet credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
